Selective Singles Ltd is a private matchmaking and relationship introduction service registered in England and Wales; The company provides consultations, compatibility assessments, and introductions between consenting adult members seeking long-term relationships.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age.Clients must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Selective Singles reserves the right to decline applications or terminate memberships at its discretion.
3. Consultation Services
Consultations are private sessions designed to assess compatibility and suitability for Selective Singles membership. Consultations must be booked in advance and paid for prior to the scheduled appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
4. Membership Terms
Membership services are typically provided for a six-month term from the activation date. Membership includes personalised matchmaking services and introductions where compatible matches are identified. Selective Singles does not guarantee introductions, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
5. Fees
Consultation and membership fees are disclosed before engagement. Payments are processed through secure providers.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the matchmaking process. If a member chooses to cancel their membership early, services may cease but refunds are not guaranteed. Selective Singles may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds in exceptional circumstances. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion
Client privacy and discretion are fundamental to our service. Personal information is handled confidentially and introductions are made privately. Members must respect the confidentiality of individuals they are introduced to.
8. Member Conduct
Members must behave respectfully toward other members. Harassment, dishonesty, or misuse of the service may result in termination of membership. Members are responsible for their own personal interactions following introductions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Selective Singles Ltd provides introductions but is not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or relationship outcomes of members. The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
